CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) is SERIOUS BUSINESS. When someone suffers a cardiac arrest, immediate aid is essential. A traditional approach to CPR, students will learn mouth-to-mouth, and emergency obstructed airway procedures, how a healthy lifestyle can reduce the risk of heart attack, and the early warning signs of a heart attack. Lectures, questions and answer periods, demonstrations, and practice with the special CPR manikin. This gives many benefits including more efficient and effective (powerful) movement, better health, and a sharper mind. In this course the student learns and practices solo and two person exercises from the Chen style old large frame system of Tai Chi Chuan. Chen style is a rigorous system suitable for young adults and is the original Tai Chi Chuan from which all of the others developed.
