Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art, which focuses on blending or going with an attack. Aikido emphasizes harmony in movement. The course will also focuses on finding resolution in conflict, through the blending of apparent opposites. Using spiral motion with a stable center to create force, it evokes connectedness, gracefulness, and wisdom.
