The student will learn how to create logical partitions on a UNIX hard disk as well as how to create and diagram a UNIX filing system. The student will locate and describe the purpose of all superblock fields and will use the FSDB (Filing System DeBug) utility for superblock analysis in addition to inodes and data clusters.
