The student becomes familiar with techniques and practices of an aerobic conditioning program in order to obtain an above-average physical fitness status. The course includes activities such as step aerobics, circuit training, walking, jogging, weight lifting, rope jumping, volleyball and regular exercises students perform at their own pace.

This serves as a religious studies course, as it examines essential questions with regard to the existence and direct experience of God. Topics include the aesthetic, art, artist, beauty, aesthetic value, meaning, symbolism, representation, expression, form, communication, medium, and truth. This course also addresses questions in which these concepts are embedded, such as, "When can we determine art to be art?" "When is an object considered tbe beautiful?" "Is there a correct way of interpreting art?" "What criteria, if any, may be used to distinguigood works of art from bad ones?" "Does the criterion change with the media; for example, from paintingto literature to music?" "What is the relation of art to nature?" "Has art anything to do with truth morality?" While incorporating elements of both art appreciation and art criticism, Aesthetics is essentially a philosophical discipline relating to art and beauty.
