Critical thinking, decision making, work flow, production, and scheduling will be points of study. The application of standard deviation, histograms, correlation, standardization, and quality control will be addressed. Customer satisfaction and meeting quality standards such as ISO-9000 will be a focus. A research paper and presentation will be required.

Examines and explores cross-cultural and international management issues and analyzes the problems of managing in an international marketplace. This course includes topics such as strategic, cultural, legal, and socio-ethical issues of international managment. Functional areas of international business such as human resources, operations, marketing, research and development, and accounting will be examined from a managerial perspective.

Reviews the fundamental operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division involving integers and fractions, graphing on the number line, evaluating simple expressions and polynomials, simplifying expressions containing exponents and simple radicals, solving and evaluating linear equations and inequalities, and solving application problems.
