Lecture 3, Lab 0, Credit 3 Provides a strong mathematical foundation for pursuit of further study. Emphasizes the fundamental numerical operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Focuses on percentages, ratios and proportions, rational numbers, and introductory algebraic concepts. Teaches how to perform basic computations and solve relevant, multi-step mathematical problems using technology where technology is available.
