Critical thinking, decision making, work flow, production, and scheduling will be points of study. The application of standard deviation, histograms, correlation, standardization, and quality control will be addressed. Customer satisfaction and meeting quality standards such as ISO-9000 will be a focus. A research paper and presentation will be required.
