Grant development includes the creation of: mission statements, financials, tax-free status, governance structures and organization charts. As well as a description of the project for which funding is needed. Grant writing and the assembly of grant submissions is a complex process. A practical approach to grant development is offered through this course. Research using the internet and printed sources, proposal writing, budget development, identifying goals, evaluation and reporting are covered in depth. You will learn how to shoot Digital Stills and Digital Video using Sony and Canon still cameras and video cameras. You are encouraged to bring in any still camera or video camera and you will be taught how to use them too. Scanning techniques need to import regular photos will also be covered.
