Focuses on the technologies currently taking place in the office environment and is designed to develop knowledge and skills necessary for success in the work place. Topics such as job attitudes, communications, human relations, and time and stress management are featured. Also included are telephone techniques, processing mail, travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, arranging meetings, the job application process, and interviewing techniques.
