This course explores the complex process of communication in the workplace and establishes an understanding of how to develop those relationships that make for powerful and effective human interactions. Through experiential learning, students gain an understanding and mastery of the modes of communication, listening skills, communication customs for the global workplace, cultural interpretations, negotiations and conflict resolution and communication challenges. At the completion of the course students will possess the communication skills for maximum leadership effectiveness. (3 credits)
