The nature of traditional leadership theories is no longer adequate for dealing with the complex and dynamic challenges faced by current leaders. This seminar course enables students to explore different philosophical frameworks for understanding innovative leadership. Although specific themes of this course will vary from year to year, the consistent focus will be on the cutting edge of leadership issues. (3 credits) Prerequisites: LDR 610, 615, 620, and 625
