  • Three credits. A global approach to history, with cultural interchange as a major thematic focus; reasons for the rise and decline of civilizations. May be used to satisfy one part of the General Education Humanities and/or Fine Arts requirement. Student may not take both 1010 and 1110 for credit. HIST 1110 is NOT a prerequisite for HIST 1120.
