The Leading Teacher Program includes broad and diversified professional field experiences designed to provide opportunities for observing and working with children and youth. The settings for these experiences include public and private schools, and education agencies, institutions and organizations. Experiences are provided in urban, suburban, and rural settings. All of these experiences are completed under professional supervision from the University and from the off-campus educational organization. Teacher candidates will participate in a range of settings throughout the course of their program.
