Prereq: 302. Covers all aspects of project management including the selection, planning, design, budgeting, financing, and implementation of a variety of project types. Prereq: 302, 304. Focuses on developing leaders for challenges of managing individuals, groups, and teams in organizations. Provides a basic understanding of the nature of leadership in organizations from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Emphasizes integration of organizational activities and inclusion of perspectives from accounting, finance, human resources, management, and marketing.
