This course includes a survey of key elements in the life of Islam (beliefs, practices, institutions) from a biblical perspective, with the goal of preparing Christians for ministry to Muslims. Special attention will be given to the role of Muhammad; the Quran; diversity within Islam; and Islamic values, thought, social structure, and theology, in view of the helps and hindrances to evangelism presented by each.
