Emphasizes use of research for purposes of organizational diagnosis, assessment, program and intervention evaluation and other inquiries into organizational life. Course content covers a survey of the philosophy of science and the scientific method and the design of organization research including sampling approaches, quantitative/ qualitative data collection methods and statistical data analysis techniques.
