SEGR 3290: Systems Design Project I

Prerequisite: SE senior standing; corequisite: SEGR 3111. First of a two-semester sequence leading to a major integrative system design experience in applying the principles of systems design and analysis and project management to the design of a system. Teamwork and communication skills are emphasized. It focuses on the development of the project plan and proposal for the capstone systems design project. Each student develops a complete systems design project plan and proposal and makes an oral presentation of the proposal to the faculty. It runs in conjunction with the project management course.
