3 hours. Advanced seminar in leadership and management principles in the U.S. Army. In-depth study of: systems and law of warfare with emphasis on the Uniform Code of Military Justice System; Personnel and organizational support systems; Management simulation; Advanced techniques of oral communication and effective writing styles; and the theory and dynamics of the military team.
