(2.0 hours) An in-depth study of the selection, installation, servicing, diagnosing and repair of domestic and commercial refrigeration equipment. Students will gain knowledge and experience in food preservation and processing equipment, with special emphasis on restaurant and supermarket type equipment. Prerequisite: AI 1011, 1021, 1022, 1031, 1131, 1141, 1151, or consent of the instructor. Corequisite: AI 1061
