Included in this in-depth study are practical applications involving conceptual models, assessment instruments, research findings, and case studies. The appraisal process will include neighborhood analysis, depreciation methods, capitalization techniques, economic trends, and correlation of three approaches to value. This course will include various elements of labor laws, administrative regulations, collective bargaining, grievance resolution, discipline procedures, and union agreements as related to human resource management. This course provides the student with a comprehensive study of equal employment opportunity legislation, enforcement agencies, affirmative action plans, court-ordered remedies, and employee assistance programs as related to human resource management.
