Reviews and practices traditional procedural program structures and related programming techniques. Uses hierarchy charts and pseudo-code for planning and designing a straightforward GUI-based application and flow charts for communicating individual procedure structures. Introduces object-oriented programming concepts using VB.Net as a tool for illustrating and interpreting the concepts. Prerequisites: IS 101 or IS proficiency exam, COMP 150.
