    Designed to meet the needs of horse owners and students seeking the knowledge necessary to meet the nutritional requirements of their horses. Fundamentals of feed values and nutritional requirements of the horse will be covered.     Instruction in basic horsemanship skills, including handling, grooming and riding English and/or Western style. Course emphasizes safety for horse and riders. No experience, horse, or equipment required. Beginning to advanced riders. Students have option of participating in intercollegiate Horse Show Association competitions. Hours: 108 activity.
