    Vineyard Management: Spring Pruning Pre: Co: Alfalfa Farm winery is offering a look behind the scenes at what it takes to make wine in New England. Get hands-on experience with viticulture, pruning and preparing the vines for the growing season. Classes may vary depending largely on the weather. Students are advised to dress suitably for outdoor work in the vineyard. No alcohol, wine, or sulfite allergies. Must be able to walk through vineyard (uneven surfaces). Classes meet on Saturdays, with a Sunday rain date.
