Summer Hors d'oeuvres Pre: Co: Learn how to make and present spectacular summer hors d'oeuvres including: Greek chicken skewers, artichoke spinach dip topped with almond crunch, roasted spicy cashews, Asian grilled scallops, roasted pancetta topped with goat cheese and pear, gorgonzola grapes. You'll also enjoy making Caribbean shrimp, and gingery beef skewers, lobster pate, lemon thyme mushroom turnovers. Prepare homemade breadsticks, wonton crisps, baked tortillas and pita crisps. A $60 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Meets at eurostoves, Commodore Plaza, 45 Enon Street (Rte 1A), Beverly, Massachusetts.
