After historical review of the development of ideas from Newton's laws through 19th century physics, aspects of quantum mechanics will be addressed. These include the wave-particle duality of nature, the Uncertainty Principle, the probabilistic nature of the universe, and Einstein's Special and General Theories of Relativity.
