NURS 7225: PC Clinical 2: Pediatrics

This course requires the application of theoretical concepts relative to the provision of health to the pediatric client within the scope of practice of the nurse practitioner. Group discussions will provide the opportunity for the student learning synthesis while incorporating transcultural strategies for the client, family, and community. A total of 180 hours of clinical experience in pediatric ambulatory primary care setting providing care to the pediatric population is required.
