  • Survey of communication principles, theories, and skills including interpersonal communication, small group communication, and public speaking. Students develop oral communication skills through practice in a variety of individual activities, group activities, and individual and group presentations. Special Note: Students who qualify for placement in WRTG A111 or have already completed WRTG A111 are qualified for this course. Registration Restrictions: Appropriate test score on English placement test, SAT Verbal Section, or ACT English Test will waive the ENGL A109 or WRTG A110 prerequisite.
