A continuation of CHEM& 161: quantum theory, chemical bonding, molecular geometry, and bonding theories, states of matter - gases, liquids, and solids, solutions, elementary organic and polymer chemistry, kinetics. Lab included. Prerequisite: CHEM& 161.

Laboratory course designed to be taken concurrently with CHEM 1210. The laboratory class offers hands-on experience related to the topics taught in the lecture sequence. Prerequisite/Restriction: CHEM 1210 (may be taken concurrently).
