Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  The information that you report on your FAFSA is used to determine your Expected Family Contribution. When your file is complete, the SVC Financial Aid Office will evaluate your application and notify you of your eligibility. Your financial aid need is determined using the following formula: Cost of Attendance - Expected Family Contribution = Financial Need.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  If you plan to seek a degree or are a full-time student you will need to submit an application, take a COMPASS placement test, and if you have previously attended another post-secondary institution, send your official college transcripts to SVC.
• SAT Scores:
  ACT or SAT scores are not required.
• Interview:
  Students who have attended another institution and are transferring to SVC are required to meet with a counselor before registering for classes.
