Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Make sure to get your FAFSA in and use York College's code (003399) for full financial aid consideration. Our Transfer Scholarships range from $1,000 to $7,000 per year.
• Tuition and Fees:
  Estimated Cost of Attendance Per Semester: $11,664 Tuition & Fees + $17,869 Room & Board + $600 Books + $1,000 Personal & Travel = $19,469. Other fees may be incurred by program of study or major.

  We're thrilled you are considering transferring to York College to complete your degree.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  A minimum grade point average of 2.0 is required for transfer admission consideration. Select majors may have a higher GPA requirement.
• Official Transcripts:
  An official transcript of all academic work attempted, with a separate copy submitted from each college attended. An official copy of your final high school is optional unless you have earned fewer than 15 semester hours of college credit.
• SAT Scores:
  Scores from either the SAT or ACT are required if you have earned fewer than 15 semester hours of college credit.
• Associates Degree Required:
  Students admitted to the college with an associate's degree from another institution must satisfy all York College general education requirements not completed as transfer credit.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Credits (Min/Max):
  A maximum of 75 semester hours will be accepted in transfer from two-year colleges. Students must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours at York College to be eligible to earn a degree.
