Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    If a student’s Cumulative GPA was below 2.0 at a previous college, he/she will be admitted to Yavapai College on academic probation.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official high school and college transcripts must be mailed directly to: Admissions & Registration Office, 1100 East Sheldon Street, Prescott, AZ 86301 USA.
  • Other Requirements:
    Transfer students should request the Office of the Registrar evaluate transcripts for credit equivalency.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Only courses 100-level or above with a grade of “C” (equivalent to a 2.0) or better will be considered for transfer credit.
