• Tuition and Fees:
  2023-24: Per credit: 1-11 credits, 19 or more credits, Westmoreland County residents - $140; Out-of-County - $280; Out-of-State - $420. Flat Rate: 12-18 credits, Westmoreland County residents - $2100; Out-of-County - $4200; Out-of-State - $6300.
