• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  More than 98% of our students receive financial assistance. To be considered for scholarships and financial aid you must file a FAFSA form.

Information for Transfer In Students

• Accepts Transfers:
  Westminster is the ideal destination for transfer students. We offer convenient transfer pathways for nearly every major, generous scholarships, and a collaborative and experiential environment that leads to student success.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Our review committee will consider accepting transfer students with a cumulative college GPA of 2.0 or above. We will also look at your high school grade point average (and your SAT and/or ACT scores, if you choose to submit them) and other factors.
• Official Transcripts:
  Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended are required. In addition, an updated transcript including final grades for courses in progress should be sent. Official high school transcripts are also required.
• SAT Scores:
  Have your high school include SAT and/or ACT scores if you choose to submit them.
• Other Requirements:
  A Transfer Student Clearance Form showing proof of good standing at the college/university from which you intend to transfer is required.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  A C- or better is required in order for a course to transfer.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  Upon your transfer to Westminster College, you will need to complete a minimum of 64 credits at Westminster, including a minimum of 16 credits in the major.
