Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on the Web Worksheets are available online with the Department of Education at www.fafsa.gov (School Code-010920). Once you have the worksheet completed you can enter the information online at http://www.fafsa.gov.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  You must submit official transcripts from all previous institutions. If you have fewer than 30 semester hours from an accredited college and have graduated from high school in the last 5 years, an official high school transcript is required
• SAT Scores:
  Course placement testing is required for any student who has not met or exceeded designated cut off scores on the ACT/SAT tests. Cut off scores for ACT are, Math 19, English 18, Reading 17.
• Application Fee:
  There is no fee to apply.
• Other Requirements:
  All out-of-state, full-time, transfer students who were born after January 1, 1957, are required to provide proof of immunity to measles and rubella.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Credits (Min/Max):
  You must have earned a minimum of 15 semester hours of credit at WVNCC to graduate.
