  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    For each student who is selected for admission, Wesleyan is committed to providing the full amount of financial aid he or she is qualified to receive based on our determination of financial need. The commitment to meet a student’s full need extends to every year of enrollment. Students who indicate on their application that they will NOT be applying for financial aid and are admitted WILL NOT be considered for Wesleyan financial aid during their first two (2) semesters at Wesleyan.
  • Tuition and Fees:
    Tuition $59,086; Residential Comprehensive Fees $16,384 (first-year/sophomore) $18,626 (junior/senior); Activity Fee $300; Matriculation Fee $300 (one-time); Green Fund Fee (opt-out) $30.

  • Accepts Transfers:
    Wesleyan typically enrolls approximately 60 transfer students each fall and approximately 15 transfer students each spring semester.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Official Transcripts:
    Official transcripts of all college work to date and an official final high-school transcript or proof of graduation (GED) are required.
  • SAT Scores:
    Wesleyan does not require transfer applicants to submit SAT or ACT scores. Students can decide for themselves whether or not their scores reflect their academic ability and if they would like their test scores to be considered.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Two instructor evaluations from college teachers of academic courses are required.
  • Application Fee:
    A $55 non-refundable application fee or Fee Waiver Request
  • Interview:
    Interviews (on campus or virtual) are optional but encouraged for all applicants.
  • Other Requirements:
    A College Report and Mid-Term Report (if currently enrolled) are required.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    A minimum of C- (B- for summer courses) is required for any course that may be transferred for credit.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    16 course equivalents must be completed at Wesleyan to earn a bachelor's degree.
