Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    For unconditional acceptance, Wesleyan requires a cumulative grade-point average of 2.0 or above.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Each student will need to submit an official transcript from each college they have attended. If you have fewer than 24 semester hours of credit, we will also need official high school transcripts.
  • SAT Scores:
    You must submit your SAT or ACT scores, if you have fewer than 24 semester hours of credit.
  • Essay:
    There is no essay required for admission.
  • Application Fee:
    Wesleyan College does not require an application fee.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Credit will be given for approved equivalent courses with a final grade of “C” or higher.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A student enrolling with advanced standing can receive credit for a maximum of three years of a degree program. Credit from a junior college may not exceed 60 semester hours. The final 30 semseter hours must be completed at Wesleyan.
