  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    All applicants are encouraged to apply for financial aid regardless of family income level. Your financial aid award will be calculated based on subtracting your expected family contribution from the cost of attendance. Scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of demonstrated financial need, academic excellence, or other achievements.
  • Tuition and Fees:
    Total university charges for the academic year average $76,766. Room and board rates depend on the room and meal plan selected. Other expenses will vary by student and include books and supplies, travel, and miscellaneous personal.

  • Accepts Transfers:
    If you have completed some college study and interested in enrolling full-time in an undergraduate degree program with a specific academic focus, you should apply as a transfer student.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    Successful applicants present at least a 3.5/3.6 GPA from a two-year or four-year college in courses across a broad academic curriculum. Some of our academic divisions require specific grades in specific courses.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Official college transcripts from all previously attended institutions are required. An official high school transcript may be required of some.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have taken the SAT or ACT and feel your scores reflect your abilities should submit them.? If you do not have scores, had limited opportunity to sit for exams, or do not feel your scores accurately reflect your ability should choose to waiver.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    A statement of good standing from prior institutions are required.
  • Essay:
    Applicants are asked to submit a supplemental essay in addition to the Common Application or Coalition Application Personal Essay. This supplemental essay will allow you to further express your interest in your academic area of choice.
  • Application Fee:
    The $75 nonrefundable application fee is required to complete your application. We will waive our fee if it presents a financial hardship.
  • Interview:
    Interview and videos are optional and not required as part of the admissions application process. We offer these opportunities as a way for first-year applicants to tell us more about themselves.
  • Other Requirements:
    Portfolios of work may be required by certain programs.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Credit is awarded if grades of C or better appear on your transcript.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    The maximum number of credits that will accepted for transfer is 60.
