Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    A minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is required for transfer admission consideration.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Request official copies of all previous college transcripts to be sent to Walsh College. Attach unofficial transcripts to your application.
  • SAT Scores:
    Standardized test scores are not required.
  • Application Fee:
    A $25 application fee is required.
  • Other Requirements:
    The liberal arts course work must include one course English composition or written communication and one in intermediate algebra or higher level math course/placement. Applicants to the BS-IT degree will have additional admission requirements.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Courses must be completed with a minimum grade of a of "C" (2.00) or better.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    To be eligible for admission, successfully complete at least 60 semester hours/90 quarter of transfer credit to include 30 semester credit hours/45 quarter of liberal arts course work. Up to 82 semester hours of equivalent credit may be accepted.
