Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    We are open enrollment so no minimum GPA is required.
  • Official Transcripts:
    If you have earned fewer than 24 credit hours, submit official high school transcripts. Utah Tech also requires the submission of official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions attended or high school graduation verification form.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have earned fewer than 24 credit hours, submit test results (ACT, SAT, or Accuplacer/ALEKS). If you have not taken a placement test, you may take the Accuplacer and ALEKS test at our testing center.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Letters of recommendation are not required.
  • Essay:
    The submission of an essay is not required.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.
  • Interview:
    Utah Tech does not require an interview for admission consideration.
