    Official standardized test scores may be asked of some applicants.

    An essay is not required.

    Along with the application for admission, you must submit a $45 application fee.

    An interview is not required.
  • Other Requirements:
    All students seeking entry must have satisfactorily completed a core of selected high school courses spread over a number of disciplines. Transfer students are expected to have satisfactorily complete these requirements.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Credit hours earned with “C” or better will transfer (a "C-" does not constitute a "C").
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A maximum of 66 semester credit hours may be transferred from two-year/Junior or Community Colleges. The minimum number of credits that transfers must complete at UNK to earn a bachelor’s degree is 32.
