Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    You must have an overall grade point average of 2.0 or better (based on a four-point system).
  • Official Transcripts:
    An official transcript from each college previously attended is required. Students transferring less than 12 transferable semester hours must submit an official high school transcript.
  • SAT Scores:
    Students transferring less than 12 transferable semester hours must submit official ACT or SAT test scores.
  • Application Fee:
    There is an application fee of $35 (non-refundable).

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor accepts in transfer college-level course work with a grade of “C” or higher from regionally accredited United States’ institutions of higher education.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A maximum of 66 semester hours of junior/community college work may be accepted in transfer.
