  • Scholarships and Financial Aid:
    The mission of the Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships is to provide quality service, maintain compliance of federal, state, system and institutional regulations, rules, policies and laws. To offer maximum opportunities of financial assistance to eligible students in combination with resources expected from the student and parent and other sources, which will provide financial assistance to help eligible students fund their educational expenses to complete their degree.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    The minimum cumulative GPA required on 24 semester hours of non-remedial coursework is 2.25.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Request official transcripts for all college work attempted. If you have completed fewer than 24 college credit hours, please request your official high school transcript.
  • SAT Scores:
    If you have completed fewer than 24 college credit hours, please request official ACT/SAT scores.
  • Essay:
    An essay or personal statement is not required for admission consideration.
  • Application Fee:
    Non-refundable application fee of $50.
  • Interview:
    An interview is not required for admission consideration.
  • Other Requirements:
    A student must have earned college level credit in both a Math and English course (non-remedial). In instances in which a student has not earned credit in either or both subjects, official ACT, SAT, or COMPASS test scores should be sent.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    The lowest letter grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit is a D or higher.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    The maximum credit hours accepted for transfer is 60.
