Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    A transfer student should normally have a minimum of a 2.00 cumulative grade point average in order to be admitted to the University of Maine at Augusta.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Have official transcripts sent directly from your high school (faxes and photocopies acceptable) and all previous college(s).
  • SAT Scores:
    SAT/ACT scores are not required. However, placement testing may be waived based on your SAT scores.
  • Application Fee:
    $40 application fee.
  • Interview:
    An admissions interview is not required. However, you are welcome and encouraged to visit our campuses.
