Students may obtain a combination of scholarships, grants, campus work-study, and loans depending on financial need, leadership qualities, and other factors. Please note, student loans require repayment. The ULM Financial Aid Office makes every effort within its means to assist our student body with these concerns.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    You must earned 18 college-level academic hours with a 2.0 minimum GPA for transfer admission consideration.
  • Official Transcripts:
    ULM requires the submission of official transcripts from all previously attended postsecondary institutions. If you have less than 12 semester hours of college-level credit, you must also submit your official high school transcript.
  • SAT Scores:
    ACT (or SAT) scores are required for admission.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $20 nonrefundable application fee.
  • Other Requirements:
    You must have completed a college-level english and a college level math course designed to fulfill general educational requirements
