Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    A minimum college grade point average is not published for transfer applicants.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Applicants with less then 32 credits of transferable college work must submit their official high school transcripts. Official transcripts from previously attended institutions is required of all.
  • SAT Scores:
    Applicants with less then 32 credits of transferable college work must submit their standardized test scores.
  • Letters of Recommendation:
    Two letters of recommendation are required of all applicants. Statement of good standing from prior institution(s) is recommended of some students.
  • Essay:
    An essay or personal statement is required for admission consideration.
  • Application Fee:
    Application fee of $50, if apply through written application. Application fee is "free", if applied online.
  • Interview:
    An interview is recommended of all who wish to be granted admission.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    The lowest grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit is a C or higher.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    A transfer applicant must have a min number of 32 credits completed or else must apply as an entering freshman. Min number of credits that transfers must complete at your institution to earn an associate degree is 12 and 32 for a bachelor's degree.
