A small yet diverse division, University Advancement includes the units of Alumni Relations, Branding, Community & Regional Relations, Development, Government Relations, Institutional Web Communication, Internal Communication, Marketing, Media Relations, Photography Coordination, Social Media, and University Events. Our goal is simple, to promote and enhance the reputation of UCCS to its audiences, both internal and external. Transfer Application Requirements

Minimum GPA:

Minimum GPA requirements vary by College.
Official Transcripts:

Official college transcripts from all institutions attended are required. Official high school transcripts are recommended.
SAT Scores:

Official standardized test scores are recommended.
Letters of Recommendation:

Recommendation letters from teachers/instructors who can speak to your work as a student are recommended.
Essay:

A personal essay explaining your academic history and why you will be successful at UCCS is recommended.

There is a $50 application fee.

Transfer Credit Policy

Minimum Grade:

The lowest grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit is C.
Credits (Min/Max):

To be considered for transfer admission you must complete at least 15 transferrable hours. UCCS will only apply a maximum of 72 hours of transfer credit from 2-year colleges and a maximum of 90 hours of transfer credit from all schools combined.
