Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    A minimum GPA for transfer is 2.0 in completed coursework.
  • Official Transcripts:
    High school transcripts are required if you have 29 or fewer transferable hours. College transcripts from every college attended are required.
  • SAT Scores:
    SAT/ACT scores are required if you have 29 or fewer transferable hours.
  • Application Fee:
    There is a $25 application fee.
  • Other Requirements:
    Proof of two immunizations against measles and rubella are required, unless you are born before 1957, making you age exempt.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Transfer credit is awarded for courses in which an A, B, or C grade is earned.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    There is no limit on the number of credit hours that may be transferred, however, a max of 60 semester hours will be accepted from a 2-year college. 60 semester hours earned at the senior level will be required to earn a bachelor's degree.
