Information for Transfer In Students

• Technical/Vocation Credit Accepted:
  Vocational and technical courses are not automatically transferred, but may be accepted if approved by the appropriate academic division.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  Download an official Transcript Request (PDF). Submit the request for your high school (and college, if applicable) registrar to mail all official transcripts directly to Union College, Admissions Office.
• SAT Scores:
  Your ACT/SAT scores are required only if you have less than 24 hours of college credit.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  We want to know you a little better, so we need a recommendation from two people outside your family. Ask an employer, a pastor, a teacher or a mentor.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Transfer credits must have a grade of C- (1.67) or above.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  Transfer credits from two-year institutions are limited (56 hours must be taken from a four-year institution).
