DCC Counseling & Career Services News & Events | Campus Tour | Search TRANSFER AGREEMENT: DCC AND SUNY CORTLAND MEETING CORTLAND’S GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A.A. or A.S. degree holders who complete courses in all ten Knowledge and Skill areas of the SUNY-Mandated General Education requirement will be considered as having met Cortland’s General Education requirement. COURSE EQUIVALENCIES: Course equivalencies have been established between SUNY Cortland and DCC in most academic subject areas. Visit:http://www.cortland.edu/admissions/transferequivalencies.html for further details. *COMPREHENSIVE ARTICULATION AGREEMENT: Under the terms of this agreement, students are generally granted full credit for prescribed courses completed at DCC, given full junior status, and should be able to complete the bachelor’s degree at SUNY Cortland with four semesters of full time study.
