DCC Counseling & Career Services News & Events | Campus Tour | Search ARTICULATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN MANHATTAN COLLEGE & DUTCHESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE This is an agreement between Dutchess Community College and Manhattan College to facilitate the transfer of Dutchess Community College students who have earned the Associate in Science Degree in Business Administration to Manhattan College. Dutchess Community College graduates will enter the Manhattan College School of Business. They may major in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Management or Marketing. Subject to the terms of this agreement, a student who completes the Business Administration Transfer (BAT) curriculum at Dutchess Community College will be assured Junior status at Manhattan College. A full-time student will be able to complete the requirements for the Bachelor of Science Degree within four regular semesters. The following terms and conditions shall apply to this agreement: Students must complete the Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration following the Business Administration following the Business Administration Transfer curriculum at Dutchess Community College; The A.S. in Business Administration will be accepted from students who have a 2.50 cumulative grade point index on a 4.00 scale. Students who have a cumulative grade point average between 2.00 and 2.49 will be considered for acceptance if their application is accompanied by a strong recommendation letter from a Dutchess Community College faculty member with whom the student has studied or performed academic work; Only courses for which the student has received a grade of “C” or better at Dutchess Community College will transfer to Manhattan College. The maximum number of credits transferred will be 60, one-half of the total number of credits required to receive a baccalaureate degree from the Manhattan College School of Business; Students must enroll at Manhattan College within two years after graduation from Dutchess Community College under the terms of this agreement.
